Let me tell you about my netflix experience, I cancelled my netflix mid jan to try huluplus. In march I lost my debit and order another, when I got my bank statement I notice that netflix was charging me on my new card. So I called the bank to cancel my new card and ask the bank how could this happen. She said somehow netflix was grouping debit card not sure what that means and I don't know how they got my debit card. after canceling the card I file fraud charges with the bank. I called netflix I asked them to remove my account, some how he just changed my email address but my account was still there, I just couldn't log in. I called the next day and gave them my cancelled debit card so they can locate my account and to my surprise they found it. I asked again for them to cancel and remove my account info but they refused. I haven't decided yet to get another debit card. And the bank put the money bank into my account from netflix. I hope this helps someone.
